I’m a person who’s struggled with mental health for a long time, seeking some understanding of myself and how I can improve my time here on the planet. This blog will be a record of my journey of personal growth.

There will be no schedule, because I cannot maintain one at the moment. I will try to post once a week.

There will be Explorations of many different ideas, accumulated from a lifetime of curiosity and honed with my own imagination.

There will also be Journals of my experience will various attempts to manage my own mental health.

Last will be Reviews of different experiences and behavioral changes, to hopefully expose some patterns of interest and guide me towards learning more about myself. These reviews will probably be done after a few months of trying something new, when I’m ready to analyze how it went.
