Journal II – Figuring things out

How can one expect to find the truths of their own mental health out for themselves, if they are not willing to make mistakes? I am going to keep several goals in mind when it comes to trying new things.

  1. I will not criticize myself for trying.
  2. I will not be afraid to accept what doesn’t work for me.
  3. I will be ready to feel worse again. Nobody ever improves in a straight line, there will be times of good and times of bad, and I need to accept that in order to grow.
