Exercise XIII – May Activity Tracking – Breaking the Wall

I’ve been feeling great about myself this month. There’s been a lot of positive mood recorded, especially towards the last half of the month. The records speak for themselves:

2024
November: 130
December: 182

2025
January: 212
February: 259
March: 255
April: 253
May: 344

Since November, daily activities have seen a 260% increase. I’m VERY pleased that I’ve been able not just demonstrate the ability to self assign goals and meet them, but sustain this progress so clearly over the last 7 months. As I approach my 30th Birthday in July, I finally feel like I’ve reached some real control over how I view my life and how I understand myself.

In recent months, I obtained a new job, which has led to more focus on job related activities like sleep maintenance, prepping work lunches, and assigning myself enough time to get to work in the morning. All these things combined to provide a new confidence, to set myself in front of my goals and interact with them meaningfully, not just successfully but effectively, reinforcing the already climbing sense of gratitude and accomplishment I feel from really demonstrating to myself that I’m transforming myself into someone entirely new.

It feels great, and I’m sure there are steep challenges ahead in the next 6 months, but I also feel eager to meet them and draw new lessons to reapply for the future.
